If you used to follow my previous blog, you know that I love sharing recipes, workouts, motivation, and everyday mom life!

Today I wanted to share with you a quick recipe for homemade COLD BREW COFFEE! Wohooooo. I love iced coffee year round! Have you all made it before? I do not have a fancy cold brew maker, but they do sell them on Amazon. Maybe Scott will buy me one for my birthday?

Ingredients: 4 cups filtered cold water, 3/4 cup of ground coffee, 2 large pitchers or mason jars, cheesecloth.

Recipe: Take a large pitcher or large mason jar, I used my actual coffee pot. Put in 3/4 cups of coffee grinds in your pitcher and 4 cups of filtered cold water, give it a good stir. Let it sit for 12-24 hours, stirring occasionally. When you are ready take the cheesecloth and hold it on top of your other container and pour the coffee slowly over it so the grinds don’t get in the new container. I like to go really slow and sometimes even double strain. This is the worst and most tedious part because you want to drink your darn coffee! haha! Add some ice and cream, ENJOY!
