Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls!
I have a real obsession with any kind of energy ball, protein bite, fat bomb, whatevrrrrr you want to call them. I love them all!
I recently played around with this recipe and it is everything you’d ever want in a delectable bite sized ball. Reminds me of peanut butter cheesecake!
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1-2 tbsp of real maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
handful of chocolate chips chopped up.
Make sure the cream cheese is room temperature or heat it up for 25 seconds in the microwave to get it a little soft. Mix up the cream cheese, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl with a fork. Use a spoon or smaller sized melon baller to portion into small balls. Then roll them in the chopped chocolate chips. Freeze for 25 minutes until hardened. You can store them in the freezer or the fridge depending on how long they last in your house!
I woke up this morning and my husband had eaten my last one! 🙂
