Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Smoothie!
Happy Spring everyone! This beautiful weather here in Massachusetts has got me craving smoothies! We have a couple shops around town that will make them for you and they are SOOO delicious, but I always wonder what the calorie and fat count is since they don’t list it on their menus.
Here is what I blended up:
1 cup of Cashew milk
1 whole banana
2 scoops Tera’s grassfed vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp. of Teddy all natural peanut butter
1 tsp. raw honey (optional)
5-10 ice cubes, depending on how thick you like it!
Blend it all up in your ninja blender and enjoy!
